This Privacy Policy explains how Hawryluk Legal Advisors Co., Ltd. (“the Firm”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data submitted through phuketvillapermit.hawryluklegal.com. We process personal data in accordance with the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”) and, where applicable to visitors located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

We process your data on the basis of your consent (given via the consent checkbox), steps taken at your request prior to entering into an engagement, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

5. Sharing and transfers

We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared with government authorities only as required to process an application you have instructed us to make, with service providers who support our IT and email systems, or where required by law. Documents submitted with an enquiry are treated as confidential. If you are located outside Thailand, you acknowledge that data will be transferred to and processed in Thailand.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 and may use a Meta Pixel to measure page performance and enquiry conversions. These tools may set cookies and collect device identifiers and usage data. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s opt-out tools.

Enquiry data and submitted documents are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and, where an engagement follows, for the retention periods required by Thai law and professional practice. Data no longer required is securely deleted.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact info@hawryluklegal.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand or your local supervisory authority.

9. Security

Data is submitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and handled with appropriate technical and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please contact us if you prefer to deliver original documents in person.
